We took on this Kewstoke bungalow just outside Weston-super-Mare when it had been left empty and neglected — an overgrown garden, no heating, dangerous electrics and cracked windows. We stripped the property back and cleared decades of shrubs and trees before rebuilding it as a modern family home with new gas central heating, double glazing, stylish kitchen and contemporary bathrooms throughout.
