When you contact us via the contact form, we receive the information you provide (name, email, message) via your email client. We use this only to respond to your enquiry.

We do not sell your personal data. To request access or deletion of information you have sent us, email hello@turnkeypropertysolutions.co.uk.

Tenant applications

When you apply for a property through our tenant application form, we collect the information and documents needed to assess your application: contact and identity details, address and employment history, income evidence (bank statements and payslips), photo ID, next of kin and referee contact details, and the declarations you make.

We use this information to assess your suitability as a tenant, carry out referencing (contacting the landlord, employer, or guarantor details you provide), and meet our legal obligations, including Right to Rent checks under the Immigration Act 2014. The legal bases for this processing are taking steps at your request before entering a tenancy agreement, and compliance with our legal obligations.

Application documents are transferred over an encrypted connection and stored securely on our systems. If your application is unsuccessful or not progressed, we delete your application and documents within 3 months. If you become a tenant, we keep the relevant records for the duration of the tenancy and up to 6 years afterwards, in line with statutory limitation periods.

The application form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA to prevent automated spam. Google may collect device and usage information when you use the form — see Google's privacy policy and terms of service. Notification emails relating to your application are delivered via Postmark, our email service provider.

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@turnkeypropertysolutions.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Cookies

This site uses minimal cookies. Embedded Instagram images (when configured) may load media from Meta's servers. Google Fonts are loaded from Google when you visit the site. On the tenant application page, Google reCAPTCHA sets cookies and collects usage signals to distinguish people from bots.
